Portraits from CCAE

Not too long ago, I took an evening continuing ed class with Sholeh Regna.  She was nothing short of fabulous.  I only wish I had more time on each portrait- about an hour and a half each.  I did learn to work very fast!  These are in order of completion:



 

The Tibetan model was probably my favorite.  He indeed had quite the melon, but I let it get out of control; that sculpture was huge!
This little boy was 8 or 9.  I really enjoyed sculpting his many dough-y chins !!  His profile is soo sweet:)

Excellent job on the likenesses and skull structures, and wonderful work capturing the different racial variations!

You still got the touch!
